Program & Account Manager, Shipping Services Field

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program and Account Manager to join the Amazon Shipping team. This role will be responsible for driving program initiatives to launch and grow physical retail stores via 3P partners.

Key job responsibilities

• Analyze market landscape to identify trends and customer preferences with competition benchmarking, and develop targeted SMB acquisition strategies for retail touchpoints
• Own end-to-end program management for store launches, manage budgets, and drive revenue targets
• Lead cross-functional coordination with legal, marketing, product, and operations teams
• Establish operational processes, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional shipper experience through retail channel
• Drive actionable insights from data to achieve volume goals and enhance shipper & customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience in stakeholder and communication management
• Experience in programmatic strategy and implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, or Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
• 3+ years of supply chain operations and logistics experience
