What You Will Be Responsible For
As a Senior Associate, you will:
- Contribute to the full data analysis and research lifecycle—from project scoping and design to data collection, analysis, synthesis, and delivery of actionable recommendations.
- Independently structure projects, develop hypotheses, and gather data from diverse sources (business research, primary survey studies, channel intelligence, internal client datasets) to generate relevant findings using strong qualitative and quantitative techniques.
- Partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Business, and Thought Leadership, applying rigorous analytical methodologies to generate insights that address priority business questions.
- Contribute to a wide range of initiatives, including:
- Benchmarking & Best‑Practice Reviews: marketing strategy, messaging, positioning, and competitive frameworks.
- Industry Intelligence: emerging trends, thematic deep dives, and market shifts.
- Primary Survey Analysis: survey design and analytics, insight reporting, and triangulation across multiple studies and data sources.
- Account Insights: Strategic deep dives on priority accounts, engagement patterns, and need/preference dynamics to guide account‑based marketing (ABM) strategy.
- Leverage modern research tools, analytical techniques, and data visualization methods to collect, analyze, interpret, and present insights in a clear and compelling format.
- Ability to triangulate data from various sources (publicly available, proprietary surveys, internal systems) into concise, actionable narratives.
- Strong storyboarding and executive‑level communication skills.
- Fluency with desk‑research sources (e.g., Factiva, Ignites, FundFire, D&B, Hoovers/OneSource) and comfort with Excel and Power BI; SQL/Python is a plus.
- GenAI fluency, including prompt quality, verification and citation discipline, and bias awareness, with a growth mindset for continuous upskilling.
- Familiarity with financial services and B2B marketing.
- Proactive, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Master’s degree in business, MBA, CFA, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, or Statistics, with a strong record of achievement.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing/ business/ financial research, consulting, financial services marketing, or strategy teams.
