We have partnered with a global AI-powered identity verification and compliance technology company, trusted by businesses across fintech, banking, crypto, payments, and digital platforms to meet their KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements. With a presence across multiple continents and a rapidly growing client base, we are expanding our commercial team in Singapore to accelerate growth across the APAC region.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our Singapore office and take ownership of new business development across the APAC region. This is a hunter role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through to close, positioning our solutions as the trusted compliance and digital onboarding partner for enterprise and mid-market clients across the region.

What You Will Do
- Own and drive new business development across assigned APAC markets through targeted outbound outreach, strategic networking, and pipeline generation
- Manage the full sales cycle independently, from initial prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and close
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and consultative presentations tailored to client-specific pain points across industries including fintech, banking, crypto, iGaming, and digital platforms
- Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or SPICED to qualify and progress high-value opportunities effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders including compliance officers, CTOs, and C-suite decision makers
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and customer success to ensure a seamless client experience from first conversation through to onboarding
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in CRM to support forecasting and reporting
- Stay current on regulatory developments, competitive dynamics, and emerging compliance requirements across the APAC region
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within identity verification, KYC/AML, RegTech, fraud prevention, or enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales cycles and consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies, MEDDPICC, SPICED, or equivalent
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging both technical and commercial audiences
- Deep understanding of the APAC market and regional regulatory environment
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
- Fluency in English is essential, Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian languages are a strong advantage
- Based in Singapore or willing to relocate
