Commitment: Flexible schedule
Commission: $50-$70 per hour
What You'll Be Doing
- Complete coding tasks across enterprise programming languages and ecosystems
- Work with systems programming, build toolchains, and production scripting environments
- Solve complex engineering problems involving performance and system design trade-offs
- Review and optimize code with strong attention to production constraints and edge cases
- Provide clear technical feedback and written documentation
What We Re Looking For
- Strong experience in enterprise software engineering and production development
- Strong experience in at least one domain including C, Rust, C#, Kotlin, Scala, Swift, Ruby, PHP, Perl, or R
- Deep understanding of language internals, tooling, and build ecosystems
- Strong experience in performance optimization and scalable system design
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong written communication skills
