Enterprise Sales Manager
Indexed description
The role
You'll lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles — from target account identification through negotiation and signature — and own a portfolio of strategic accounts for retention and expansion. You'll report to the Head of Growth Partnerships and partner closely with Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations to structure and close deals.
This is a high-ownership role with real commercial accountability. You'll build the playbook, drive the pipeline, and set the standard for how Fortis sells into enterprise.
What you'll do
- Define and work a target account list aligned with our ICP — initially events/venues, expanding into hospitality, malls, corporate operators, and large-scale events
- Generate qualified pipeline through outreach, partner channels, events, and executive networking
- Lead structured discovery across business, finance, treasury, and IT/security stakeholders
- Build commercial proposals and customer-specific business cases to support executive sign-off
- Negotiate terms, coordinate Legal and Finance reviews, and drive deals to signature
- Run QBRs and account plans for priority enterprise accounts — tracking performance, whitespace, and expansion
- Own pipeline hygiene, weekly forecasting, and reporting with full transparency
- Build and continuously improve targeting, discovery, and deal review playbooks
What we're looking for
- Proven track record closing complex B2B/enterprise deals with multi-stakeholder buy-in
- Fintech, payments, or financial services background
- UAE/GCC enterprise network and market familiarity
- Experience in hospitality, venues, retail, F&B, or large-scale events
- Comfort selling platform/API-led solutions with technical stakeholders
- Experience navigating compliance and risk in regulated environments
- Strong executive presence — comfortable at C-level and with functional leaders
- Commercial judgment in negotiations, proposal structuring, and approvals
- Highly organized with strong forecasting discipline and documentation standards
