We are hiring a Key Account Executive to manage and grow strategic customers across HoReCa.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and secure new business opportunities within assigned key accounts
- Manage and grow the existing HoReCa customer portfolio
- Develop and negotiate business plans and CDAs
- Drive volume growth, profitability, and market share within assigned accounts
- Manage account performance, including sales reporting, ROI, and P&L analysis
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2+ years FMCG sales experience in the UAE in an Account Executive / Key Account role
- Strong exposure to the HoReCa / hospitality sector (Hotels, Airlines, Catering, Golf Clubs preferred)
- An existing network within the hospitality or food service industry is highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in account management, negotiations, and business planning
- Good understanding of ROI, P&L, and sales performance analysis
- Valid UAE driving license required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
