Security Site Supervisor Requirements
- Lead the account by ensuring the day’s scope of work gets done.
- Ensures that the assignedsecurityduties are completed.
- Enforce work standards forsecurityemployees in accordance with company practices.
- Monitors, measures, and reports to the Operations Manager on the daily performance of the account.
- Effectively communicates daily assignments to thesecuritystaff.
- Good computer skills, including the following: able to use a keyboard to correctly input information accurately and efficiently into software programs; able to navigate various software applications and the internet/intranet; able to write and send emails; able to restart/reboot computers and printers; possess a reasonable general working knowledge of computers.
- Able to effectively speak and write the English language.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ensure that health and safety rules and regulations areadhered to at all times and all matters relating to this area are dealt with effectively and efficiently using the resources within the company.
- Ensure that the training skills are met for current and future demands of the account.
- Maintainsecuritystandards to ensure a safe workplace.
- Respond to customer complaints ensuring proper handling to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
- Other duties, as assigned by manager .
- At least 3 years of security experience. (Required)
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience. (Preferred)
- Possesses a positive attitude and works well with other team members.
- Works well unsupervised.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Follows direction and asks questions when needed.
- Proficient using computers and MS Office Products( Word, Excel, Outlook).
