We are seeking a Personal Lines Associate Account Manager to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Perform all clerical duties related to customer support
  • Provide support to the Sales team
  • Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of the organization
  • Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
  • Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality


WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • 1-2 years of Personal Lines insurance experience, preferred
  • Property & Casualty License, preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, a plus
