Personal Lines Associate Account Manager

We are seeking a Personal Lines Associate Account Manager to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform all clerical duties related to customer support
- Provide support to the Sales team
- Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of the organization
- Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
- Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- 1-2 years of Personal Lines insurance experience, preferred
- Property & Casualty License, preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, a plus
