■Business Overview

■Recruitment Background / Business Phase

Until now, the company has achieved growth by leveraging speed through a small, elite team. From 2026 onward, it will transition to a phase of realizing non-linear growth through the advancement of its revenue structure and the strengthening of its business foundation.


To achieve this, the company is seeking talented Product Managers who can structurally decompose business KPIs, select strategic initiatives that directly impact growth, and lead them through to execution.


■Main Missions

・Initiative Planning and Execution: Formulate and execute strategies aimed at improving business KPIs, with a primary focus on partner-facing products.

・Roadmap Development: Develop and manage the product roadmap for partner-facing platforms.


■Responsibilities

・Lead the identification of product challenges and the decision-making and implementation of initiatives based on data-driven analysis

・Formulate hypotheses to be tested and translate them into specific development items and phases

・Lead a development team comprising engineers, designers, and QA specialists, and create documentation for development requirements and specifications

・Collaborate with other product managers responsible for related development areas, as well as stakeholders both within and outside the team, to coordinate efforts and build consensus

【Required】

5・+ years of experience in planning and growing web services as a Product Manager or Business Lead

・Experience in formulating hypotheses based on qualitative and quantitative data to improve KPIs, and in planning and designing product initiatives based on those hypotheses

・Experience implementing the PDCA cycle for product initiatives based on data analysis

・Ability to make decisions based on quantitative data

・Ability to understand business, service, and user domains in great detail

・Understanding of the live streaming domain is not required at this stage, but you will be expected to catch up after joining

・Practical experience in product management

・Problem definition, backlog management, and product design, specification creation, and development progress management from a customer perspective

・Ability to coordinate with and drive stakeholders

・Ability to communicate smoothly with other internal teams and roles, driving specific development projects while managing the expectations of all stakeholders

・Ability to communicate with external partners, accurately understand their challenges and needs, and build collaborative relationships toward a common goal


【Preferred】

・Experience with live streaming services

・Experience with community-based or platform-based B2C services

・Ability to write SQL (BigQuery) for data analysis

・Experience driving business growth or serving as a business leader during a rapid growth phase
