TimeHub team's charter is to build a world-class product which meets time, attendance and pay computation needs for over 2 Million hourly associates across Amazon businesses. People Technology is the central hub for all Amazon people data. Our product and technology provides the foundation for a multitude of key human resource processes, from on-boarding of tens of thousands of temporary employees during peak holiday season, capturing tiem related events across an associate's day to day activities, to integrating critical employee data to internal and external systems. We implement and build highly secure, global software that allows Amazon to effectively manage the workforce, resulting in a better employee experience and a better bottom line.

Key job responsibilities

  • Managing TimeHub roadmap across geographies
  • Responsible for key product areas such as pay calculation
  • Design and execute comprehensive product roadmaps for timekeeping systems
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions
  • Analyze complex product requirements and translate them into actionable development strategies
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from conception through implementation
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to inform product decisions and improvements

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience with end to end product delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
