Location: New York City (On-site, 5 days/week)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $170K–$350K base + equity + relocation support + visa sponsorship available
About the Role
We’re hiring multiple Full-Stack Software Engineers to help build AI-native products at the intersection of applied AI and professional services. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing early-stage team building production systems powered by LLMs, agentic workflows, and modern full-stack infrastructure.
The ideal candidate is a high-agency builder who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys owning products end-to-end, and has strong technical depth across both frontend and backend engineering.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship production-grade full-stack applications using TypeScript, Python, React, and modern web technologies
- Design intuitive AI-native product experiences and workflows
- Work closely with founders, product teams, and domain experts to rapidly prototype and launch new features
- Own projects from planning through deployment and iteration
- Contribute across product engineering, infrastructure, internal tooling, and scaling systems
- Help shape engineering culture and technical direction in a high-growth environment
Requirements
Core Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in:
- TypeScript
- Python
- React / Next.js
- Experience building and shipping production-quality software
- Familiarity with modern AI tooling, including:
- LLM APIs
- Agentic workflows
- Streaming or long-running AI tasks
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or full-stack development
- Startup experience strongly preferred, particularly at high-growth companies (Series A+)
- Experience owning features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Strong internship experience considered for exceptional new graduates

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree required

- Product-led engineering organizations
- Top-tier engineering environments
Exposure to companies known for strong engineering culture is highly valued.
