ROLE PROFILE
- Drive portfolio growth by delivering acquisition targets and optimizing campaigns across digital and in-store channels
- Increase cardholder spend through targeted offers, activation campaigns, and data-driven engagement strategies.
- Manage and grow relationships with banking partners, leading joint planning and performance tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, data, and operations to execute initiatives effectively.
- Lead commercial analysis by building ROI frameworks, tracking KPIs, and optimizing strategies using insights.
- Support overall portfolio strategy and success by contributing to planning, budgeting, and continuous performance improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Success is defined by consistently meeting or exceeding acquisition targets and increasing cardholder spend and engagement
- Build strong, strategic relationships with banking partners and be seen as a trusted counterpart.
- Bring strong technical and analytical capabilities, including project management, data-driven decision-making, and proficiency with digital tools.
- Leverage extensive experience in credit cards or financial services, with solid commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and relevant academic qualifications.
