Account Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships for our IT services. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, deliver tailored solutions, and drive long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients using our IT solutions
- Build strong relationships and act as the main point of contact
- Understand client needs and provide strategic recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts
- Present insights and solutions clearly to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of account management experience, preferably in ERP sales, IT sales, or Business solution sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- At least GCE "O" / "A" / Diploma / Degree or related field
