Your Role
As a Key Account Supply Chain Manager, you will be a customer-facing supply chain expert responsible for managing relationships with assigned key accounts and supporting global account strategies. You act as the primary interface for all operational supply chain topics, ensuring flawless execution, high performance, and continuous improvement.
You will work in a dynamic, global environment requiring strong analytical skills, agility, and a proactive mindset to drive customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
Tactical Account Management & Execution
Act as the main point of contact for customers on operational supply chain topicsEnsure execution of defined supply chain strategies across all product lines
Support the Global Account Supply Chain Manager (GASCM) with analysis, scenario modeling, and business reviews
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Create, manage, and analyze KPIs (e.g., On-Time Delivery, Lead Time, Inventory, Forecast Accuracy)Provide performance insights and track improvement actions
Monitor supply chain performance via control tower tools to identify risks and opportunities
Operational Alignment & Coordination
Orchestrate internal supply chain functions (planning, logistics, operations) to meet customer needsAnalyze demand fluctuations and proactively manage shortages
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations
Agreement Management & Continuous Improvement
Manage and execute supply chain agreements (e.g., consignment, stocking programs)Drive continuous improvement initiatives with customers and internal teams
Support tactical coordination of new product introductions (NPI)
Escalation Management
Act as the first point of escalation for operational supply chain issuesDrive quick resolution of delivery delays or allocation conflicts
Escalate strategic or systemic risks with clear analysis and proposed solutions
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar3–5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or customer service within a global organization (high-tech or semiconductor industry preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven execution capability
Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Experience with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365 (F&O)
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
Highly customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented
Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
