As our Junior Account Manager, it is your mission to grow sales and penetration of Dorel Juvenile brands (Maxi-Cosi, Bebeconfort and Tiny Love) in Southwestern Germany.


Your mission is to grow sales and distribution of Dorel Juvenile brands by optimizing the business relationship with existing accounts and realizing the sales targets. Are you a passionate and proactive individual with commercial talent, ready for the next step in your career? This is your chance! You will manage a portfolio of retailers in your sales district in Western Bavaria/Baden Württemberg. Whilst this position is remote with currently one day in home office, weekly travels will therefore be required. You will be part of a team of Account Managers within the DACH region and report to the Senior Sales Manager DACH.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales: Realization of introduction, promotion and sales of product assortment to existing and new customers
  • Maintain or improve distribution of our products while managing very good relationships with our customers and ensure that they will remain satisfied with Dorel
  • Analyzing, reporting and forecasting of sales results to ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Providing and coordinating product trainings for existing and new clients (both retailers and consumers) within Germany for the relevant Dorel Juvenile product categories
  • Working closely together with the Sales Administration, Operational Marketing, Retailer Care and After-Sales departments to ensure that our customers will remain satisfied with Dorel


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar brand driven B2B (retail) environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
  • Residing in Southwest Germany (e.g. Bavaria or Baden‑Württemberg)
  • Experience with Salesforce or another ERP system is a big plus
  • Strong organizational skills and experience, excellent negotiation and confident presentation skills
  • Affinity and is able to analyze data in order to provide customers with great service
  • C2 proficiency in German and strong communication skills in English
  • Experience with Salesforce or another ERP system is a big plus
