Responsibilities

- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives within existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, promptly addressing their needs and resolving issues.
- Analyze account performance, prepare client reports, and present solutions to strengthen partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client value.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall client experience.
- Strong account management experience with a proven track record of success.
- Over 4 years of relevant experience in account management roles; preferably selling to government entities or the public sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Consistent history of client retention and relationship building.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
