Inside Sales Representative – MENA Region

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our client team in the MENA region. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth and strengthening strategic customer relationships across high-value accounts throughout the region.

As part of a strategic account team, you will work closely with Sales Partners and channel partners to manage opportunity progression, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and identify account expansion opportunities. The role requires a strong balance of commercial acumen, relationship management, and operational execution to ensure successful deal advancement and measurable revenue growth.

This position reports to the Director – MENA and will be based in our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Partners to advance active opportunities and maintain consistent momentum across strategic accounts
  • Serve as a central coordination point between partners, internal teams, and client stakeholders to ensure timely execution of agreed actions
  • Drive opportunity progression by monitoring action items, coordinating deliverables, and supporting movement through procurement, legal, and approval stages
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities across subsidiaries, departments, contractors, and additional product applications within existing accounts
  • Align with internal teams and external partners on account strategies to accelerate deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels, including executive leadership
  • Prepare meeting summaries, follow-up communications, and action trackers to ensure accountability and visibility
  • Coordinate RFP submissions, proposals, and partner contributions throughout complex sales cycles
  • Support account development initiatives by identifying new stakeholders, emerging requirements, and growth opportunities
  • Partner with the Marketing team on targeted campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and strategic events
  • Participate in client presentations, onsite meetings, and strategic business discussions
  • Develop a strong understanding of Phillips’ solutions, business model, and partner ecosystem

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–7 years of experience in sales, consulting, project coordination, or customer-facing roles within enterprise or complex business environments, preferably in the CNC machine or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience supporting or contributing to complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements or structured client programs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across varying seniority levels
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on account growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM and opportunity management tools such as Salesforce
  • Experience on any ERP software & Microsoft D-356 would be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English with basic Arabic communication skills preferred
  • Eligibility and willingness to work in the UAE
