Job DescriptionCommercial Lines Account ManagerJob SummarySeeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO)
- Manage a portfolio of middle to large commercial accounts, ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 in premium size
- Oversee the renewal process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with support staff for certificates, claims, policy checking, and endorsement processing
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in the Sagitta software system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of solid commercial insurance experience (10+ years preferred)
- Experience managing accounts from start to finish (A-Z) is highly desirable
- Familiarity with contractors, equipment, oil & gas, distributors, manufacturers, transportation, heavy equipment, and related industries is a plus
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sagitta software is preferred
- Soft Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Team player with a positive and engaging personality
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
