- Competitive base salary, $80,000. OTE 140K, commensurate with experience

- 5–8 years of experience in sales and/or event production (tent rental industry experience a plus)
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships and complex project timelines
- Strong math skills for developing detailed proposals and scopes of work
- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), email, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Suite
- Willingness to travel locally for site walk-throughs and client meetings
- Familiarity with event logistics, permitting, or construction-type workflows
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure in dynamic event environments
- Professional and articulate communicator across all channels
- Guide clients through the discovery and proposal process, engineering event solutions that align with their goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with planners, venues, and industry partners
- Conduct site visits and job walk-throughs to ensure accurate logistics and solution design
- Develop custom proposals and installation plans, upselling or cross-selling when appropriate
- Manage client concerns and expectations, resolving issues in ways that foster long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams for event preparation and provide post-event debriefs to support continuous improvement
