We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Key Account Manager (Thailand) to join our dynamic HL Display Team.


Purpose


The purpose of this role is to initiate and drive commercial activities, develop and grow selected and new customers by strengthening existing relations, developing new relationships and secure quality of installations. To work on market where purchase of products from HL Display’s range is decentralized to the individual stores and centralized on the HQ level by the retail chain. To build up and develop relationships with individual stores in the specific region as well as with regional and international customers within the territory. Follow up all business opportunities relating to these stores/customers.



Organisation


Key Account Manager reports to a Commercial Director.


Area of responsibilities/main duties


  • Actively and with initiative ensure sales to existing clients,
  • Regularly visit all clients and inform them about the HL offer, new products and developments, and other information, important for successful business,
  • Prepare various proposals/activities and offers related to sales promotion, which have to be approved by a superior,
  • Meet his sales targets, which will be defined in the annual sales plan,
  • Ensure an appropriate presentation of HL products to clients,
  • Helping clients and informing them about products, selling prices, delivery dates, etc.
  • Preparation of price calculations and offers, issuing invoices to clients and managing other documentation in accordance with the company regulations,
  • Full support in the sales process,
  • Support of the sales process in the company warehouse,
  • Installation on field,
  • Complaint management in cooperation with the HL support division,
  • Execution of work and tasks set by superior.


Location and travelling


Work from Sales office in Bangkok or from home.


Skills & Experience:


  • Strong & successful background in Sales and Account Management;
  • Retail and/or FMCG background, direct experience with key customers (Big C, Central Food, Lotus’s, CP Axtra & etc) is a plus
  • General understanding of business finances
  • Fluency in Slovenian and English – both written and spoken
  • Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Smart and hardworking style
  • Combines the ability of strategic thinking with a strong hands-on attitude
  • Able to manage his/her business independently but also as a team player
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build credible relationships quickly
  • Able to manage difficult situations with customers and turn them into win-win situations
  • Business creative; able to think outside the box and find solutions
  • Good presentation skills
