Position Objective:

To lead and manage strategic partnerships with key modern trade accounts at a group level, driving sustainable sales growth, profitability, and long-term collaboration. The role aims to ensure consistent execution of commercial strategies across all business units, while identifying growth opportunities and enhancing customer experience through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional alignment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key account clients at the group level to ensure sustainable sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop sales strategies and coordinate execution across different business units within the group.
  • Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and logistics teams to deliver seamless customer service.
  • Analyze sales data, track performance, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, trade agreements, and promotional planning with key clients.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion with existing clients.
  • Provide leadership and support to Key Account Managers across the organization to align strategies and execution.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional team coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
