Position Objective:
To lead and manage strategic partnerships with key modern trade accounts at a group level, driving sustainable sales growth, profitability, and long-term collaboration. The role aims to ensure consistent execution of commercial strategies across all business units, while identifying growth opportunities and enhancing customer experience through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key account clients at the group level to ensure sustainable sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop sales strategies and coordinate execution across different business units within the group.
- Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and logistics teams to deliver seamless customer service.
- Analyze sales data, track performance, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Lead commercial negotiations, trade agreements, and promotional planning with key clients.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion with existing clients.
- Provide leadership and support to Key Account Managers across the organization to align strategies and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
