Then we are looking for you to join our Molex team in our Barcelona office.
In our Sales Development Account Manager (m/f/d) role you will be developing solid relationships with channel and distribution partners, and identifying new business opportunities.
You will have the opportunity to promote and sell our products to drive profitable growth within your assigned market in Southern Europe.
This is an office-based role, where we are offering a hybrid working model. Travel required within this role to support business needs when they arise.

What You Will Do
- Drive profitable growth within a defined territory or market.
- Develop, nurture, and expand the customer network using both traditional and digital sales approaches.
- Manage and maintain an individual sales pipeline.
- Support complex RFQs and pricing negotiations.
- Identify and develop new projects within your portfolio using tools such as Salesforce.
- Resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions to customers.
- Generate new ideas to enhance customer experience.
- Capture technical and commercial customer requirements in collaboration with multiple Business Units.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and growth opportunities, and develop tailored growth strategies with them.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent (electronics, electrical, mechanical, or similar fields).
- Fluent communication skills in English and Italian.
- Openness to digital sales tactics (digital marketing, social media).
- Comfortable with using modern communication tools to deliver virtual presentations and demos, with a creative and non‑linear mindset.
- Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team and engage customers.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Previous experience/ knowledge of connector industry.
- Other language skills, especially Southern Europe languages (Spanish/ French/ Portuguese etc.).
- Experience using SAP and Salesforce systems.
