The eGrocery NAM will support the online expansion of our grocery customers, leading the development of these key customer relationships and business operations across 1PEP. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to drive both short and long term success for customers and execute against Perfect Digital Store principles to ensure Digital Execution is best in class.
- Short term success is measured on performance to plan and operational execution.
- Long term success is measured on customer relationship building, collaboration, driving insights to action, and winning Online Share for PepsiCo across accounts.

Responsibilities
- National Grocery customer responsibilities, including these primary accounts: LCL, Instacart, Sobeys, Metro, and Save-On Foods. Responsible for total 1PEP Portfolio.
- Accountable for building customer volume through execution of online fundamentals against the 4Ps (product, price, promotion & placement), goals and objectives.
- Specifically lead our eCommerce Fundamentals Forum with eCom team and MBS partners.
- Leads paid search for customers including Loblaws, Instacart, and others, and supports the total search strategy.
- Enable flawless execution of customer plans via regular, effective and timely information sharing/communication.
- Supports delivery of brand calendar, ensuring all online elements are optimized for target key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving post-campaign lessons learned
- Supports the delivery of Test and Learn Roadmap
- Oversees online catalog product attributes and digital images
- Cultivates an active network, proactively builds and maintains relationships to promote Digital Commerce objectives internally and at customer level
- Partner internally & globally to with Marketing
- Voice of the Customer internally with cross functional GTM, Sales Strategy and Shopper Insight Teams.
- Assist internal team bringing forth meaningful and targeted information, programs and intelligence that will in-turn deliver profitable sales volume growth and overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide periodic forecast updates/reviews on the state of the business.
- Partners with match contacts globally to develop know-how framework for Canadian team.
- Participates in customer team meetings, supports with QBR’s and adhoc insights.
- University degree required
- Interest and knowledge of digital/eCommerce space, specifically search and shopper marketing (full expertise not required and can be learned in role)
- 3+ years of experience calling on LF retailers in Canada in sales
- Collaborative, positive spirit, cross-functional internal and external ‘selling’ ability
- Ability to work in ambiguous environment and establish new path and processes
- Proven success gaining cross-functional alignment to drive project/program support.
- Solid project/time management capabilities and multi-tasking skill sets required
- Able to assess a business delivery model and identify where opportunities exist to make it more efficient and effective.
- Able to take high level strategic ideas and operationalize them into well thought out marketplace action plans
- Well-developed interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic, fact based annual business plans.
- Ambassador – able to present internal and external view-points/challenges in a non-confrontational manner bringing focus on delivering win-win solutions
- Superior collaboration skills demonstrating the ability to successfully navigate within matrix organization
