🎯 The Role
As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle - from first outreach to closing. Build your own pipeline primarily through outbound, supported by marketing initiatives, partner with Marketing and Product, and shape the go-to-market motion. You'll work with a state-of-the-art agentic setup that handles lead enrichment, meeting prep, and deep prospect analysis - so you can focus on what you do best: selling.
💡 What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience selling B2B software or SaaS
- Proven success across the full sales cycle (discovery → demo → negotiation → closing)
- Comfortable working with AI tools and agentic workflows - these are part of the daily setup
- Native-level German and strong English skills
- Self-starter mentality, ownership, and consultative sales approach
- Thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
