- A proven track record of +2 years in a new business SaaS closing sales role.
- A 'hunter' mentality with a passion for developing creative prospecting strategies.
- Excellent skills in identifying and creating needs at both functional and company levels through strong qualification.
- Familiarity with sales qualifications and methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC).
- Strong intrinsic motivation and a drive for continuous self-improvement.
- Native German speaker (or equivalent C2 level) and fluent in English (business language).
- Acquiring new customers and managing existing customer relationships.
- Driving net new, recurring revenue through closing medium business.
- Owning your book of business and building outreach strategies to fill your pipeline.
- Conducting thorough discovery phases to understand and advance qualified leads.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Business Development, Legal, Marketing, and Product.
- Leading prospects through their evaluation journey, shaping decision criteria, and building compelling business cases.
- Maintaining data hygiene in our CRM (Salesforce), forecasting with accuracy, and making data-driven decisions.
