Our client is a well funded German fast-growing international SaaS company operating in the ESG, compliance, and supply chain sustainability space. To further scale the DACH business, we are looking for a hands-on Head of Sales DACH.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the DACH region
- Establish operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning
- Act as a player-coach by supporting strategic enterprise deals and complex sales cycles
- Own the full sales funnel, including new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Build strong executive-level relationships across procurement, ESG, compliance, and management stakeholders
Your Profile
- First leadership experience in Enterprise SaaS / B2B software sales
- Proven track record in scaling high-performing sales teams
- Experience with complex enterprise sales and value-based selling
- Hands-on, data-driven, and highly execution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in German and English
