Sr. Manager, Property Account Managers

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery for Property Account Managers Partner with global managers and team leads to manage work queues, priorities, and execution
- Own escalations related to billing inquiries, issue resolution, and account issues Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement for internal processes and tools Monitor trends, quality issues, and repeat defects, drive corrective and preventive actions Support workforce planning and capacity management across global teams
- Ensure adherence to operational policies, SLAs, and quality standards Provide performance insights and operational updates to senior leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent operational experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in resident billing, property accounting, or related services
- 2–4+ years of people leadership or operational oversight experience
- Strong understanding of resident billing services and Experience supporting global delivery teams and managing escalations
- Exercises operational decision-making authority related to service execution, escalation handling, and enablement.
- Decisions impact billing accuracy, customer experience, and operational stability.
- Experience supporting or contributing to automation initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, or accelerate resolution of recurring operational issues
- Strong understanding of how AI can be responsibly applied within operational workflows to enhance quality, scalability, and client experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of utility management and expense workflows, including invoice processing, bill validation, payment execution, and account reconciliation within property or multifamily environments
- Experience navigating utility‑related exceptions such as missing bills, late postings, funding discrepancies, and escalations, with a focus on root‑cause resolution
- Ability to translate operational or billing data into actionable insights using AI‑enabled analysis, trend identification, and summarization too

Pay Range
USD $105,800.00 - USD $180,200.00 /Yr.
