Our Client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a Key Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Focus:
•Develop personal relationships with relevant decision makers of Key Accounts
•Analyze the customers’ needs and competition portfolio to propose new products and solutions
•Prepare professional, adequate quotations
•Follow-up on offer and deal closure
•Follow-up on delivery, logistics, payment and after-sales processes
•Improve Quality of Service (QoS)
•Develop tools and documentation to improve the service provided to the OEMs during the installation of our products in their factory
•Develop the tools and documentation to improve after-sales follow-up
Key Qualifications and Skills:
•Successfully completed Technical or Economics Studies (or equivalent qualification)
•Experience in Technical Sales and Key Account Management within project and engineering driven business, ideally OEMs experience
•Proficiency in Marketing and Business Development
•Sales Customer Management
•Establishing a growth strategy within the dedicated territory
•Knowledge of selling technical products and solutions (public sector preferred)
•Expertise working in multicultural environment and international business
•Fluent German and English
•Empathy and decision-making plus ability to work independently and as a team member
