- Remote (US)
Role: Quota-carrying, 0→1 individual contributor to build the Go-To-Market motion, land initial accounts, and expand a named territorial book of business.
Vertical: AI Expert Services - selling subject-matter-expert (SME) services and human-generated training data to frontier AI labs and AI-native companies building foundation models.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the GTM motion from scratch for a new revenue line.
- Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle within a concentrated territory of ~60-70 named accounts.
- Land initial reference accounts and drive expansion.
- Build relationships with post-training leads, research engineers, and AI product leaders.
- Consultative, technical sales requiring strong credibility.
- OTE: ~$350K
- Base/Variable Split: 40/60
- Quota: $2M
- Uncapped commission.
- Full benefits (W2, 401k, health plan).
- No equity.
Required Experience
- 8-10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
- Track record of closing $250K–$2M+ deals with demonstrated quota achievement.
- Experience building a sales motion from scratch.
- Direct experience selling expert services, RLHF, post-training data, model evaluations, or adjacent AI model-training offerings into frontier AI labs or AI-native builders.
- Not a fit for SaaS-only or data-labeling-only backgrounds.
