The person selected will be responsible for maintaining and building new as well as existing accounts in an interactive relationship with our inside sales staff to accelerate growth.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Generate revenue by developing market potential with lead generation through multiple sources
- Provide excellent service to customers by selling and by evaluating each of the customer’s account requirements
- Maintain customer specific records
- 2 years, working knowledge of fasteners and/or industrial supplies
- Positive Motivation for Sales personality
- Organized, Detail Oriented, with Time-Management skills
- Excellent communication skills (listening, probing, and analyzing) both verbal and written
- Self-confidence, self-discipline, and persistence
- Telephone etiquette
- Team player
