The Role
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing revenue across your assigned territory by developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and leveraging innovative sales tools. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, field teams, and channel partners to drive adoption and use of our technology solutions. Effectively and consistently demonstrate best practice use of sales toolset, skillset and mindset to drive sales generation and achieve sales quotas by:
- Build a robust sales pipeline ensuring an appropriate balance of leads, prospects, and opportunities to support short-, medium-, and long-term sales growth.
- Leverage internal tools and resources to identify leads to drive opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of territories and assigned accounts with knowledge of key personnel, budgeting, funding cycles, internal operations, competitive landscape, and market trends in associated accounts.
- Drive growth in assigned accounts within territories through proactive outbound (e.g. email, phone call, etc) and inbound sales engagement, guiding customers toward ONT products that best fit their needs.
- Demonstrating use of chosen sales methodologies to drive consistent account growth
- Developing and updating account plans and strategies, in SFDC, on a quarterly basis to generate increased sales income. Review with Sales Manager
- Manage specific sales campaigns, in established accounts, as directed by Sales Manager
- Ensure personal toolsets and skillsets are up to date on latest product developments, marketing campaigns/information and competitor activities by leveraging available resources.
- Has a strong technical foundation to be able to apply company's solutions/technology to the customer's individual needs. Advance understanding helps anticipate customer needs to deliver insightful responses that drive trust and decision making.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of the product’s key features and benefits, enabling them to provide satisfactory answers to most customer questions.
- Responsible for ensuring account plans, strategies and sales activities reflect product, market and competitive changes
- Responsible and accountable for ensuring personal knowledge, including tools and skills training, is up to date and relevant to all developments within ONT sales funnel management tools and systems. Seeks help where required
- Responsible and accountable for ensuring continuous home page monitoring, taking appropriate and timely action within deadlines. Seeks help where required
- Quickly demonstrates SME expertise in use of SFDC and Seismic applications to support sales funnel management requirements
- A proactive sales professional with experience in a B2B or life sciences environment.
- Skilled in virtual sales techniques (phone, Zoom, email).
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Seismic, and sales enablement tools is a plus.

The salary for this role is between $70,000 and $83,000 USD . The salary offered will reflect the skills and experience of the candidate.
Certain roles within ONT are eligible for annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
