In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of the AECO industry, directly influencing the digital evolution of our enterprise partners by expanding our footprint and delivering ERP solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic territory plans to expand our footprint within a diverse portfolio of existing enterprise accounts.
- Consult with industry leaders to uncover deep business needs and deliver high-impact ERP solutions that solve critical operational challenges.
- Spearhead the full sales lifecycle, from identifying fresh pipeline opportunities to negotiating and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Collaborate with elite product and marketing teams to stay ahead of industry trends and provide customers with world-class product enhancements.
- Shape the future of construction technology by providing accurate sales forecasts and results that drive our global business strategy.
- You have 5+ years of proven success selling SaaS solutions, specifically within the ERP landscape.
- You possess a consistent track record of meeting or smashing annual sales quotas at the enterprise level.
- You are a master communicator, capable of delivering exemplary presentations that resonate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- You demonstrate advanced negotiation skills and a commitment to long-term customer relationship strategy.
- You are proficient in Salesforce.com to manage complex sales cycles and reporting.
- Deep domain expertise or prior experience within the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry.
- Previous experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder "land and expand" strategies within large enterprise organizations.
- Location: Remote Mid-Western or East Coast, USA (Ideally MI, OH, VA, MD, DC, DE)
- Travel Requirement: 25%
- Compensation: 190k-200k Salary+commission
