This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with leading OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, serving as a crucial link between customers, engineering teams, and global headquarters. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting high-profile automotive projects, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving business growth in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing automotive customers.
  • Support new business development efforts and identify account growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate customer requests with internal engineering, production, quality, and logistics departments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication regarding programs, schedules, and project updates.
  • Assist with customer launches, program changes, and ongoing production activities.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and collaborate to resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, forecasts, and documentation for management and headquarters.
  • Collaborate with global teams and communicate effectively with overseas affiliates.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years’ experience in automotive sales, account management, program management, or customer-facing manufacturing roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working with OEM or Tier 1 automotive suppliers.
  • Background in technical sales, program management, or manufacturing engineering with customer interface.
  • Familiarity with automotive customer launches and project coordination.
  • Experience in Tier 1 supplier customer support or OEM account management.
  • Japanese language skills.
