Senior Ground Software Engineer (GSE)- Munich (onsite ~1 day remote) -€100,000

Build the software behind one of the most integral aspects to future NATO Defence.

We’re working with a high-growth defence technology company building next-generation of defensive capabilities. Your contribution will be as Senior Software Engineer, owning the development of mission-critical ground systems used to control, monitor, and operate advanced platforms.

This is a true 0→1 environment. You’ll be building systems from first principles, not maintaining legacy code.

You'll be an iegral part of building the GCS from low-level firmware development all the way up to some UI Development and understanding the control logic behind that.

What they’re looking for

• Strong C++ experience in embedded / real-time or systems environments
• Solid experience building UI applications (Qt preferred)
• Background in defence, aerospace, robotics, or complex hardware systems
• Expereince working in fast-paced, startup-style environments
