JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Equipment Sales Specialists work as a team from our virtual showroom to guide doctors and practice managers on their purchasing journey, from initial inquiry through equipment selection, quoting, ordering and after-purchase support and training. You will be mentored in this position by an experienced sales manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reach out to current and prospective customers to educate, inform, and develop new sales opportunities.
- Develop sales strategies for each opportunity that best leverage our suite of marketing and sales tools.
- Meet with customers from Olympic’s LiveView Zoom Showroom to offer product demonstrations, design consultations, and in-service training.
- Assure that all customer interactions and tasks are tracked in Salesforce
- Verify accuracy and completeness of each incoming order and reach out to customers to ensure optimization.
- Assess customer’s delivery environment and select shipping option that best meets their needs. Keep customer informed of shipping progress to manage expectations.
- Communicate with plumbers, contractors and architects as necessary to ensure installation requirements are clearly understood. Respond to on-the-spot phone and email inquiries during installations.
- Coordinate sales efforts with distributor reps where applicable.
- Respond to service inquiries with repair instructions and guidance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in Olympic’s sales process and participate in the development of new resources.
- Attend local and national trade shows as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree with 2+ years of B2B sales experience - CapEx or Medical Sales experience a plus
- Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM) with ability to manage leads, opportunities, and cases, and generate basic reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Friendly, caring nature, someone who seeks to bring out the best in others
- Proven track record of sales success
- Good driving record and able to lift 50 lb
COMPENSATION:
- Annual expected earnings range from $60,000 to $80,000+

SCHEDULE:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday through Friday, In Person
