THE WORK YOU'LL DO
- Leads and supervises the day-to-day communication of the client's major Endurance sponsorships
- Build and cultivate relationships with clients, property, talent, and vendors
- Handle talent contracts, assets, and on-site responsibilities
- Lead client and vendor/partner status calls, providing relevant updates, ensuring strict timelines are met, and clarifying next steps
- Provide POVs and recommendations for activation and partnership opportunities
- Collaboration across multiple internal and external departments
- Oversee key programming elements from planning to execution
- Lead finance trackers, budgets, and program reconciliations
- Create activation plans, event guidebooks, recaps, and other event-related documents
- Oversight and management of direct reports, while also supporting career development
- Oversee quality control of all results
- Other related duties/projects as reasonably assigned
- Travel to partnership events managing the client's onsite programming - including non-traditional hours, nights, and weekends

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5-6 years of relevant sponsorship and/or agency experience, proven experience in endurance and running industry highly preferred, but not required
- A strategic problem solver with demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to solve problems efficiently and independently
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a dedication to developing talent underneath and around you
- Experience delivering integrated sponsorship activations and campaigns
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and produce quality work within strict timelines
- Exceptional financial competence, including building, managing, and reconciling budgets
- Superior verbal and written communicator - able to scale and adapt communications for different audiences to optimally and succinctly articulate agency positioning and expertise
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: Moderate (20-45%)
