Telephone Recruiter / Account Executive (Part-Time)

TELEPHONE RECRUITER / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

• Permanent part-time position with daytime hours (no weekends).
• Local candidates train in our Mahwah, NJ office and can eventually work from home.
• Starting wage of $25-$33/hour depending on experience (higher pay rate reserved for candidates with specific experience recruiting financial advisors).
• Performance bonuses, ongoing training, and paid time off.

As an Account Executive, you’ll contact advisors to present career opportunities available at our clients’ firms. With a strong focus on outbound dialing (approximately 40-50% of your day), it’s both challenging and rewarding. No wonder so many of our AEs have been with us for so long!

• Has cold calling, direct sales, business development, and/or account management experience.
• Has an outgoing personality, is conversational, perceptive and an active listener.
• Determined and self-motivated

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to think on your feet – we don’t use scripts!
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
• MS Office proficiency. CRM experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior financial advisor recruiting experience is a plus!
