Singapore-based, full-cycle, full pipeline ownership, selling into one of the highest-momentum categories in enterprise tech right now - this is a confidential brief for a builder, not a manager.

The role is 100% outbound and full-cycle: prospect, qualify, close. There's no SDR feeding you meetings and no inbound motion to lean on. The buyers are CTOs, Heads of AI, and IT leadership at organisations where private AI deployment is either a regulatory requirement or a strategic priority.


What you'll be doing

  • Building pipeline from scratch across email, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Running the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract - discovery, solution. presentation, stakeholder management, procurement, legal, and security review.
  • Developing business cases and ROI analyses for technical decision-makers.
  • Working closely with technical sales on demos and POCs.
  • Representing the company at AI and enterprise technology events across Singapore and SEA.


What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of outbound, full-cycle enterprise or mid-market software sales.
  • Demonstrable track record of prospecting and closing from cold - not warm inbound management.
  • Experience selling complex technical products to CTO, Head of AI, or IT leadership buyers.
  • Strong outbound discipline: prioritisation, personalised sequencing, resilience to build from scratch.
  • Comfort navigating enterprise procurement, legal, and security review in Singapore or SEA.
  • Background in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or SaaS preferred.
  • Experience in regulated verticals (financial services, healthcare, government) is a plus.
