Our client, a fast growing Series A software startup, is looking to bring on an early sales hire to their team. Their platform is revolutionizing the way Self-Storage businesses are run by replacing outdated legacy systems with an all-in-one enterprise-grade solution.
Role details:
- Full-Cycle Ownership: You will be handling the entire process from prospecting and discovery to virtual Zoom demos and closing.
- 40-50% outbound, 60-50% from trade shows and inbound to their website
- High Velocity: Engage in a fast-paced sales cycle (4–6 weeks) with target deal sizes of $30K–$50K ACV.
- Professional Development: You’ll receive comprehensive 4-6 week training, including Miller Heiman certification, and report directly to the CEO.
- Growth Trajectory: As an early hire following their Series A, successful performers are earmarked to transition into larger enterprise deals as the team scales.
Compensation:
- $80,000 base with a $160,000 OTE, plus meaningful equity and full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k).
Location:
- This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days per week) located in a modern, collaborative office in Addison, TX.
