We’re hiring a Full Stack .NET Developer with strong experience building and maintaining high-performance applications across backend, APIs, and desktop environments.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivering scalable solutions, improving existing systems, and solving complex production challenges.


$60,000 – $70,000 MXN gross monthly

Mixed scheme or contractor (honorarios)

Hybrid – Monterrey (2–4 days per month onsite)

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Advanced English (mandatory – strong communication skills)


What You’ll Do

  • Enhance and maintain desktop applications using VB.NET and C#.NET
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with secure authentication (OAuth2/JWT)
  • Build and optimize data access layers using Entity Framework and ADO.NET
  • Participate in the full SDLC (development, testing, deployment)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
  • Participate in code reviews and promote best practices (TDD)
  • Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes


Technical Requirements

  • Strong experience with VB.NET and C#.NET
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Strong experience with Entity Framework and LINQ
  • Knowledge of Dependency Injection and async programming
  • Experience with Azure services (Functions, Storage, APIM, etc.)
  • Experience with WinForms and/or WPF
  • Strong SQL knowledge (data models and T-SQL)
  • Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT)
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum


Nice to have:

  • Experience with GitHub Copilot
  • Experience working in enterprise environments
