Responsibilities


  • Support the Keysight Aerospace & Defense sales team in Germany by working closely with account managers and field sales on inside‑sales activities, while building the skills for a future sales or account role.
  • Support lead generation, prospecting, and opportunity development, contributing to pipeline and sales growth
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, configurations, pricing, and order‑related activities in collaboration with sales, pre‑sales, and internal teams
  • Maintain sales opportunities, forecasts, and customer data in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Support pre‑sales and customer engagements by preparing presentations, proposals, and technical documentation
  • Assist account managers with customer follow‑ups, meeting preparation, and structured communication
  • Build product and solution knowledge and gain exposure to the full sales cycle in a complex Aerospace & Defense environment
  • Participate in customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events, gaining hands‑on exposure to Keysight’s A&D portfolio



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or near completion) in engineering, business engineering, business administration, or similar
  • Strong interest in technology‑driven B2B sales, ideally Aerospace & Defense
  • Structured, proactive, and detail‑oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
  • Motivation to take ownership and grow into an Inside Sales or Account Manager role
