Account Executive – Education Staffing – Onsite – Peachtree Corners (Norcross), GA

We’re hiring a Account Executive to support our education staffing team, partnering with school districts nationwide to fill critical, student-facing roles.


This role is ideal for individuals with KPI-driven sales experience who want hands-on development, consistent coaching, and a clear path to growth through performance—all while making a meaningful impact in educational settings.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage active job openings and candidate pipelines from day one
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates for urgent school-based hiring needs
  • Build and maintain a strong, “ready-now” bench of qualified talent
  • Match candidates to district and school requirements with speed and accuracy
  • Drive speed-to-submit and consistently hit weekly recruiting goals
  • Partner with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure smooth, on-time starts
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in internal systems
