Overview

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to lead new business development within the restaurant industry. This role is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with restaurant owners, delivering tailored product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing new business.The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-driven environment, is comfortable prospecting both remotely and in person, and is motivated by building long-term partnerships that generate recurring revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the restaurant industry
  • Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and operators
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close new business
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Provide exceptional communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to restaurants or hospitality operators
  • Established network, book of business, or existing relationships with restaurant owners and operators strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to prospect and close new business through in-person outreach and face-to-face selling
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results
  • Highly driven with the ability to consistently follow up, manage pipelines, and exceed revenue targets
  • Skilled relationship builder focused on long-term partnerships and recurring revenue growth
  • Strong communicator who proactively keeps internal teams informed and aligned on pipeline activity and performance
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Flexible and adaptable schedule to align with restaurant operator availability
