Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing their needs and expectations.
- Strategic Planning:
- Create and execute account development strategies that align with key accounts/Channel objectives and drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling of products and services.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with offering manager, product manager, and technical support teams to coordinate efforts and ensure consistency in communication and service delivery.
- Facilitate internal collaboration to address client issues and enhance service quality.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track account performance metrics and provide clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients on account status and growth opportunities.
- Sales Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the sales process, including negotiating contracts and pricing with key clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities from assigned accounts.
- Market Insights:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform account strategies.
- Share insights with internal teams to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in key account and channel management, sales, or a related field with a focus on key accounts and channel excellence.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Semiconductor back end thermal value chain and products, applications.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to track account performance.
