Key Accountabilities
- Peak Technologies brand visibility and value-add across all levels of management and operations within target accounts, including C-level engagement.
- Maximising the revenue and associated margin attainment from sales into the target accounts.
- Provide excellent levels of customer engagement, with regular planning and review meetings.
- Liaise with Commercial and contractual agreements for the supply of goods and services into the target accounts.
- Demand generation and business development activities in nominated accounts, through consultative and value-based solution propositions.
- Maintain, manage, and share a sales campaign plan for all significant contract signings and transactions.
- Ownership of customer quotations, tender documents, and effective electronic communication to target accounts.
- Complete and accurate forecast information reflecting current and potential opportunities.
- Maintain industry, product, and solution awareness, through attending vendor training sessions and seminars and staying abreast of new product & service offerings through training materials, webinars & training forums.
- Management of customer relationship management (CRM) database.
- Business development & client research.
- Proven track record of B to B ‘technical’ sales, preferably enterprise corporate accounts.
- Experience of selling mobility solutions & managed services advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with logistics automation would be preferable.
- Experience in selling third party maintenance and related value-added services particularly in areas such as networking, telecommunications, computers, complex office equipment or peripherals.
- Knowledge of CRM, ideally Salesforce/Netsuite.
- Full, clean drivers' licence is essential, with a willingness to travel to visit customer sites.
