Account Executive

This is a hunter-focused, high-impact sales role centered on building pipeline, developing relationships, and closing complex $250K–$1M+ deals in custom software and engineering services.
The role combines outbound prospecting, partnerships, events, and warm leads (podcast + CRM)—with a strong expectation that most pipeline is self-generated. You’ll sell to CIOs, CTOs, and CEOs, managing multi-stakeholder deals with 3–12 month sales cycles.
You’ll work closely with executive leadership and technical teams to drive deal strategy, while also owning account growth, partnerships, and event-driven pipeline generation. This is a non-transactional, relationship-driven sales motion requiring strong qualification, persistence, and deal control.
Ideal candidate:
- Proven hunter with a strong outbound pipeline creation
- Experience selling custom software / IT services/consulting
- Track record closing enterprise, multi-stakeholder deals ($250K+)
- Strong in outreach, relationship building, and CRM (HubSpot preferred)
