The Role…❓
💼 Account Executive – responsible for full sales cycle from pipeline creation to close.
💰 Base around $80,000-$115,000 depending on Experience. OTE around $160,000-$230,000 + Equity
-Low six-figure deal sizes
🚀 Selling mid-market solutions to decision makers: operations leaders, plant managers, and business owners.
💼 Reporting to the Head of Sales, part of a growing GTM team - all together helping to build playbooks
📍 Remote - has to be based in/around the Chicago
Who This Role Suits❓
🧠 Experienced AE in mid-market B2B sales with 2–6 month cycles.
✅ An interest in selling technical solutions into industrial or operational environments.
✅ Looking for high impact in a fast-growing, collaborative team.
✅3+ years in a closing role, selling robotics/Automation hardware, or SaaS to more technical personas in the manufacturing sector
