Solugenix is assisting a client in their search for a Java Full Stack Developer. This is a long-term contract opportunity based in Mexico City (Remote).

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular (preferably Angular 18+ / Angular 18) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, delivering high-quality, performance-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in full stack development.

Required Skills:

Backend (Java)

• Strong experience in Java 17 & 21.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Knowledge of Hibernate / ORM frameworks.
• Experience in building and consuming GRAPHQL and REST APIs.

Frontend (Angular):

• Strong experience with Angular (v18+; Angular 18 preferred).
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with RxJS and reactive programming.
• Good understanding of Angular components, services, routing, lifecycle hooks.
• Experience with UI libraries like PrimeNG / Angular Material.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with Angular Signals / Standalone Components.
• Exposure to Microservices, Event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of Kafka / RabbitMQ.
• Experience in Cloud platforms (/AWS).
• Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, Karma).
• Familiarity with security (OAuth2, JWT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Design, build, and consume GraphQL APIs.
• Develop responsive and dynamic UI using Angular and modern UI frameworks (PrimeNG/Material).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps).
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in system design, architecture, and technical discussions.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
