We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable products and shaping both architecture and user experience. You’ll work across backend and frontend in a collaborative, product-driven engineering team.

🧠 What you’ll do

• Build and improve features across the full stack (Ruby on Rails + frontend)
• Contribute to product decisions and user experience
• Take part in architectural discussions and system design
• Improve performance, scalability, and code quality
• Work with: Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, RSpec, Capybara
• Maintain and evolve a clean, well-tested codebase

🧩 What we’re looking for

• 4+ years experience in full-stack software engineering
• Strong Ruby on Rails experience
• Solid understanding of relational databases, REST APIs, HTML/CSS
• Experience with MVC frameworks and TDD
• Interest in clean code, testing, and software design
• Good communication skills and fluent English (C1+)
