Senior Account Executive


Full Sail Logistics (FSL) is a rapidly growing freight brokerage. Our sales force consists of individual brokers utilizing our industry-leading software, carrier network, and financial backing to develop and maintain their book of business.


We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our growing team. Our Senior Account Executives are valued as trusted and strategic partners for companies nationwide. We are looking for experienced freight brokers who are interested in unlimited upside potential and are eager to put in the time and effort needed to take their business to the next level. FSL Team Members enjoy a high energy and collaborative atmosphere where career development and earning potential is limitless.


Responsibilities:

  • Quickly transfer, establish and grow a book of business within FSL
  • Provide professional client service and consultative support to clients, implementing optimal solutions


Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a book of business (current/previous shipping clients)
  • Must have experience in freight brokering and/or freight sales
  • 2-7 years of professional experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be comfortable making cold calls to generate clients
  • Outgoing personality with a strong ability to cultivate relationships
  • The determination to work harder than anyone you know
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflict
  • An obsessive focus on great client service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
